Katie joined the Étage Laser & Skincare Family in 2016 as a receptionist. She is the first face to greet you when you walk into the office! She quickly fell in love with all things skincare and was promoted to manager of Étage in 2017. It is her passion to build a connection with clients as well as building her knowledge of the latest and greatest skincare services and products. She works alongside the aestheticians to make sure everything runs smooth in the aesthetic world. Furthermore, Katie is a part of the billing department for the practice.

Katie enjoys working for Drs. Allison Holzapfel and Allison Lied, and she loves the partnership between plastic surgery and skincare! Her favorite thing about working the practice is seeing patients leave with real results and a smile on their faces.

Outside of the office, Katie likes to spend time with her family and just welcomed her baby boy into their family!

Trish received her Ohio Esthetics License in 2002 from Aveda Fredric's Institute.
She was introduced to Dr. Allison Holzapfel in 2006, during her 13 year career at SIA Spa.
Trish was thrilled to join our team at Holzapfel and Lied Plastic Surgery in 2018.

She has 18 years of experience, with advanced education, training and certifications
to offer a broad spectrum of services. Hydrafacial, dermaplaning, light and mid-depth chemical
peels, Dermapen micro-needling and oxygen or crystal microdermabrasion are some of the many clinical treatments offered in Étage.

Trish has years of experience working with many wonderful spa and cosmeceutical skincare lines. ZO, VI Derm, Rhonda Allison and Skinceuticals are a few of her favorites.

She enjoys the one on one relationship when she can educate and optimize the health and beauty of her clients skin, customizing treatments and providing relaxation and a sense of well being.

Rebecca Long of Étage Laser & Skin Care Center has partnered with Dr. Allison Holzapfel and Dr. Allison Lied to provide medical facials and other skin care treatments for the face and body for over 10 years.

Rebecca is a licensed Advanced Medical Esthetician, having graduated from the Esthetics Institute in San Francisco California as well as obtaining an advanced degree from the International Dermal Institute. She holds a coveted CIDESCO Certification, a world standard for Beauty and Spa Therapy. She has over two decades of experience working along side top Plastic Surgeons and Dermatologists.

As a certified “Expert” with ZO Skin Health, Rebecca’s clinical treatments create a truly effective skin care regimen for each client. Her passion is to successfully meet the goals of her patients skin while customizing a treatment plan specific to each individual patients needs.

Kelly has worked for Dr. Allison Holzapfel and Dr. Allison Lied for 10 years. Prior to working for them, she worked for national cosmetic companies as an Account Executive and a Cosmetic Trainer. Her expertise is teaching the importance of healthy skin and the ingredients necessary to achieve the look you desire. Kelly's expertise is in skin analysis. As a licensed Medical Esthetician, she will help you decide the best service for you. Together, she can improve your skin. As your event nears, she will help you achieve your healthiest glow. Skin is our largest living organ, and Kelly can change and improve your skin with many services. It’s never too late!

Anna Driscoll has been in esthetics since 2014. She joined Étage Laser & Skin Care Center in 2017 after completing her certification in Microblading and Lash Lift in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Anna has a passion for helping clients address skin concerns, improve image and well-being by using our products and offering our services.

Rita has over 20 years of experience in Medical Skin Care. She has numerous certifications and advanced training in different areas of Medical Skin Care, including with world renowned scientist and cosmetic chemist, Dr. Peter T. Pugliese. She received her Ohio Managing Esthetician license in 1997 from Eastern Hills Academy and has worked with top plastic surgical practices in the Cincinnati area. She has been honored to be a part of the team at Holzapfel and Lied Plastic Surgery since 2011.

Prior to her career as Medical Esthetician she was a Clinical Dietitian for 30 years. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Diet Coach for over 20 years. Her background in health care, nutrition, and physical fitness, along with extensive experience in Medical Esthetics brings a unique focus to the care her clients enjoy.

My focus with my client is on formatting an effective treatment and home skin care program that addresses your concerns and goals, lifestyle, budget….and results. Together we cut through the hype and develop a strategy that truly works for you.
